So hows it going? Well honestly I’m not the best person to speak to about fitness, but its ok. Autumn is very inspirational in her approach and the exercises are quite hard even in phase one.
I am burning lots of calories which keeps the Apple Watch happy. 3 weeks in i lost over half a stone (around 11lbs.) which isn’t bad considering i am eating 5 times a day.
Im not looking forward to phase 2 but i will get through it I’m sure
